Zoé is in development · Pilot access on request
Zoé · by Zobol Technologies

What Zoé does, today and tomorrow.

An assistant designed for a broker's real day: an appointment that moves, a buyer to call back, a file moving forward. Here is every area, with its actual status.

Features

Six areas, six honest statuses.

The examples show the kind of exchange we are aiming for. Names and addresses are fictitious.

Your appointments, always on track.

Zoé reads the calendars you connect and answers your questions: next appointment, free time, conflicts. It can prepare an appointment, a travel block or a change, and does nothing before you confirm.

  • Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (read, and changes after confirmation)
  • Android phone calendars (read)
  • iPhone and iCloud: in preparation
Example“Am I free Thursday afternoon?”
“On Thursday you have a showing at 1 p.m.; you're free from 2 to 4:30.”
Tested prototype

Every client, always up to date.

Talk naturally: Zoé creates or updates the right record, without duplicates, and keeps the source of every piece of information. Anything uncertain stays “to be confirmed” and never replaces confirmed information.

  • A buyer's budget and a seller's asking price are never mixed up
  • Same name? Zoé asks “Which one?” instead of guessing
  • Follow-ups attached to the right client
Example“Marc is looking for a condo in Laval, budget $500,000.”
“Done: Marc's record created — buyer, condo in Laval, budget $500,000.”
Tested prototype

Your files, ready to review.

Zoé gathers the facts of a transaction, with where each came from, and prepares data drafts for your forms. You review and approve; Zoé does not fill official forms and never signs.

  • Tested with fictitious data
  • Transaction platforms and e-signature: in development, not enabled
Example“What's missing in the 14 Example St. file?”
“The occupancy date and the notary's name are missing.”
In development

Your emails, linked to your clients.

Find a client's conversations, pull out what matters and prepare a reply you review. An incoming email never authorizes Zoé to act, and sending requires your explicit confirmation of the final content.

  • Built and tested in simulation
  • Not yet connected to real Gmail inboxes
  • Outlook Mail: planned
Example“What did the notary write about the Sample file?”
Demo planned after Google verification.
Planned

Your calls, nothing missed.

Answer calls when you're busy, summarize them and create the follow-up; talk to Zoé hands-free on the road, within the phone's safety limits.

  • Not built yet
  • Consent and recording rules to respect
Example“A buyer called during your showing.”
Planned feature.
Planned

The right reminder, at the right time.

Your day summarized every morning, timely reminders, next-step suggestions. Urgent matters can interrupt you; everything else waits for the right moment.

  • Today, Zoé answers your questions; it doesn't take the initiative yet
  • You'll choose what may interrupt you
Example“Good morning Julie, three appointments today.”
Planned feature.

How Zoé works

Connections, memory, permissions, confirmations.

Four simple principles, already applied in the prototype.

You connect your tools

You authorize each connection yourself (Google, Microsoft). Zoé only asks for the access it needs, and you can disconnect it at any time — access is then revoked with the provider.

Zoé remembers for you

Client records, follow-ups and files are kept in your own space, with the source and date of every piece of information. Anything unconfirmed stays “to be confirmed”.

You keep the permissions

Today, every action outside Zoé requires your confirmation. Autonomy settings, chosen by you, are planned.

You confirm what goes out

Before creating an appointment or sending anything, Zoé shows exactly what will be done. Your confirmation covers that exact content; if anything changes, Zoé asks again.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

Is Zoé available yet?

Not yet. Zoé is in development; a small pilot group of brokers is being prepared. You can request pilot access.

Can Zoé act without asking me?

No. Today, every action outside Zoé (creating an appointment, sending a message) requires your explicit confirmation, tied to the exact content.

Are my clients separated from other brokers' clients?

Yes. Each broker has a separate space, and the separation is enforced by the database itself.

Does Zoé use AI from an outside provider?

Yes. Messages in the general conversation are processed by an OpenAI model to understand your requests. Details are in the privacy policy.

Which phone do I need?

The prototype is tested on Android (Samsung). The iPhone version is in preparation.
